I have a 3ft pile of books, mostly non-fiction that I would like to read, but I dont even read those! I miss reading for pleasure, growing up there were no computers or cellphones, so I read voraciously as a kid, reading 50+ books in school holidays, mostly fantasy, like David Eddings trilogys, in fact, I started out reading Enid Blighton, Famous Five and Secret Seven books, I was obsessed with who-done-it kids detective books and thought Id grow up to become a detective! :D
]]>Knowing you’ll have a wonderful, magical, loving day on Saturday, I’m wishing you and Matthew much joy and happiness for the future. Dance, laugh a bit too loudly and let your souls sing!
Amidst all this activity, and you think of your readers — further proof of your coolness / professionalism
Jessica — nice to meet you :)
Hmmm yes I do understand that full throttle jump into a new activity that I’m passionate about, and um yes I have hurt myself (thankfully not permanently too). I know taking it’s slow is good, and love idea of reacquainting myself with me. Healthier food is one I’ve incorporated in steps (cutting sugar completely is hard, but I am working on giving it a time out). Exercise — in the for of long walks — is my current agenda, but I know I’m going to up my game with more yoga and DVDs at home.
Going to smile at myself more too.
